Beyond The Gates' Karla Mosley Returns to 'The Price Is Right'

The Price is Right is going to be a little bit soapier next week as Beyond the Gates star Karla Mosley returns to the popular CBS Daytime game show as a guest model. Mosley will be showing off her presenting skills as she displays the prizes to the contestants on the Monday April 7th edition of The Price is Right.

This will not be Mosley’s first appearance on the popular CBS game show, with the actress having guest modeled on the show over 14 times, with her last appearance airing back in 2014.

In the preview clip obtained by TV Insider, host Drew Carey asks Mosley if her Beyond the Gates character is considered nice or evil, to which Mosley excitedly explained “My character is not always nice.”

Beyond the Gates is a daily serialized drama telling the story of the inhabitants of a fictional Maryland suburb just outside of the Washington, D.C. area in Prince George's County. Here you will find the substantial gated community of Fairmount Crest. Where the founding family the Duprees reside. But behind these closed doors, not everything is as it seems with secrets and scandals waiting to be revealed. The drama examines the struggles of those who live both within the gated community and those who aspire to.

Mosley stars in the soap opera as a former supermodel Dani Dupree. The youngest daughter of Vernon (Clifton Davis) and Anita (Tamara Tunie) Dupree.

Beyond The Gates is developed and produced by CBS Studios and the NAACP in partnership with P&G Studios a division of Procter and Gamble. The series is the groundbreaking first hour-long black soap opera to premiere in daytime. The creation is the brainchild of award-winning showrunner Michele Val Jean, in association with executive producer Sheila Ducksworth, and is the first new soap opera to premiere since NBC debuted Passions back in 1999.

Mosley’s roles include titles such as The Bold and the Beautiful,Guiding Light and Hart of Dixie.

Beyond The Gates airs weekdays at 2 p.m. EST on CBS and streamed daily on Paramount Plus.
