Selena Gomez
The “Only Murders in the Building” star wore a custom iteration of this dress in black from Rodarte’s fall 2024 ready to wear collection. She paired the dress with Santoni shoes and Tiffany & Co. jewelry. The look was styled by Erin Walsh.
Zoe Saldana
Zoe Saldana joined the sheer trend at the film festival in Armani Privé with Cartier jewelry at the “Emilia Perez” premiere on Sept. 9. Saldana’s look was styled by Petra Flannery.
Cate Blanchett
Blanchett rewore this Givenchy dress she originally wore six years ago at the 2018 for the British Academy Britannia Awards.
Lupita Nyong’o
Lupita Nyong’o wore Gucci while walking the red carpet for the TIFF Tribute Awards on Sept. 8.
Grace VanderWaal
The “America’s Got Talent” alum wore a custom handmade couture corset by Liam Wilson Mackenzie, along with a black skirt courtesy of Desert Star Vintage in Williamsburg. The look was styled by Elza Khalife.
Elizabeth Olsen
For the premiere of “The Assessment,” Elizabeth Olsen wore a dark velvet couture gown from Schiaparelli fall 2024 collection. She paired the gown with pointed black heels.
Tilda Swinton
Swinton was one of the few who opted for a lighter hue at the film festival. She wore head-to-toe Chanel, including her jewerly, which includes to Chanel Coco Crush ring in 18k gold.
Daisy Edgar Jones
Embracing the cutout and sheer trends, Daisy Edgar-Jones wore a powder blue gown featuring an asymmetrical v-neckline by Gucci. Her look was still by Dani Michelle
The 2024 Toronto International Film Festival kicked off on Sept. 5 with a bevy of stars attending the red carpet premieres for various films. Katy Perry hit the red carpet for “The Cut” wearing an intricately designed, one-shoulder black gown courtesy of Celine by Hedi Slimane. Margaret Qualley joined her “The Substance” costar Demi Moore and posed for a series of photos prior to the film’s premiere. The festival concludes on Sept. 15.
