Here's What Taylor Swift Eats In A Day

Taylor Swift - the enigmatic popstar whose voice can be heard blasting from every radio station - is on fire right now.

Not only is she riding high in the music charts with her epic album 1989 and her highly successful world tour, but the 26-year-old is scooping up numerous coveted awards along the way.

So how does she keep her svelte figure in check while on the road, juggling a hectic schedule and while dining out with her famous posse of friends.

For breakfast, Swifty starts off her day with buckwheat pancakes, topped with a fried egg and ham. She accompanies her healthy feast with a glass of orange juice.

Swift told Delish she tries to maintain a healthy diet throughout the week by delving into lots of salads, yogurt and sandwiches, while trying to avoid sugary drinks.

As for her weekend indulgences, T-Swizzle is a girl after our own hearts and treats herself from time-to-time.

"I allow myself to eat what common sense tells me is bad for me. I like comfort foods," she told WebMD.



This includes gluten-free pizza, red wine, hot dogs and cookies.

If you're a fan of Swift, you'll know she's a massive baker.

Some of her favourite sweet treats to cook for her squad are chai sugar cookies with cinnamon egg white icing and chocolate cake.

However we have a feeling Swift's baking habits may have to change to impress her other half, Calvin Harris, as he is often spotted on Snapchat showing off his healthy diet, which mainly includes vegetables and fruit.
