Kate Hudson Reveals What She Eats Every Day

It's no secret that Kate Hudson's figure just keeps getting better and better as ages.

Not only is the 36-year-old rocking some pretty daring, skin-baring creations on the red carpet, but she also has her own activewear clothing line, leading us to wonder what she eats every day to get those rock-hard abs.

Well thankfully for us, she's just released a book, Pretty Happy, which details exactly how she lives her (very) healthy life.

It turns out the fitness fanatic doesn't actually eat breakfast at all, preferring to skip the 'most important meal of the day' if she doesn't wake up feeling hungry.

Instead, the How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days actress starts her day with a coffee and a green juice, after an intense workout which varies from cycling to running and a special workout designed by a trainer for the star.

Hudson has previously spoken of her meticulous diet, where she stays away from meat, dairy and gluten.

Her nutrients come from tofu, nuts, fruit and vegetables and she's pretty much obsessed with coffee.



However while Hudson is one of the healthiest celebs out there, she's also privy to breaking her strict routine for a Hawaiian pizza or macaroni and cheese.

"If I want to go out and eat at a restaurant with amazing food, I'll do that, like, once a week where I'm not thinking about it," she told Self magazine.

"I want to indulge.

" I want to do things that are not healthy sometimes."
