The 22-year-old model took to her Instagram account to post a collage of pictures of her relative, Angela Delevingne, who passed away last year aged 102, and as well as picking out her great sense huumour and incredible intelligence the blonde beauty also admired her gran's facial features.

In a heartfelt message attached to the series of pictures, Cara - who is also known for her bold brows - wrote: "Rest in peace Angela Delevingne the kindest, most intelligent and wickedly funny human I have ever had the pleasure of knowing let alone being related to. An amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother and also friend. You will live forever in my heart and will be missed dearly by all. You truly had the best eyebrows in the world. I love you more than words can explain (sic)"

One of the photographs of her grandmother featured her opening a card with her nickname, GAGA, written on the front and Cara's sister Poppy, 28, also paid tribute to her gran using the moniker.

She wrote: "The stars seem so much brighter now... GAGA, I will never stop missing you 1912-2014 (sic)"

It's not the first time Cara has taken to a social networking account to talk about her grandmother as in 2013 she posted a picture of her late relative reading cards on her 101st birthday.

She added the caption: "My granny is a legend, she knows exactly how to make me smile! #happybirthdaygaga #101. (sic)"
