There's no doubt Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is one of the most beautiful women in the world.


But how does the 27-year-old manage to stay in such incredible shape?

The model's personal trainer, Aussie James Duigan, has dished the dirt on how the fomer Victoria’s Secret Angel maintains her banging bod.

And his trade secrets will no doubt surprise you.

The most important thing to staying trim, according to Duigan, is keeping calm.

The Bodyism founder and Clean & Lean diet books author says it’s crucial to avoid stress as much as possible by indulging in a massage, or trying a yoga class, the Daily Mail reports.

Duigan says it’s equally as important to breathe correctly.

“If you can practise the right breathing technique, it will help you to perform your exercises better and it will also help you to feel more energised and happy,” he says.

RECIPE: Green goodness smoothie with coconut, kale, pineapple and papaya.

Duigan also promotes the intake of coconut, for aiding digestion and boosting your immune system, as well as eating greens like spinach and kale. “Eat a handful of kale and spinach every day,” he says.

He advises ditching the booze and drinking more water.

Huntington-Whiteley is such a huge fan of Duigan’s advice, she even wrote the introduction to his book Clean & Lean: Flat Tummy Fast.

The face of ModelCo credits Duigan for her “lean, taut and strong, yet soft, curvy and feminine” body.
