The One Thing Stella McCartney Gives Kate Hudson Every Year

Kate Hudson has revealed one of the massive perks associated with having a much-celebrated designer as your best friend.

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, for which Hudson is the December's cover girl, the 36-year-old spoke candidly about her love of fashion and admitted that her good friend Stella McCarthy gifts her with at least one jumpsuit a year, her favourite item of clothing to wear.

"I'm very lucky that Stella McCartney is one of my best girlfriends, so at least once a year I get a new jumpsuit as a gift. I wear a lot of Stella," Hudson said.

The Fabletics founder also talked about how she makes her fashion choices and discussed how she believes Hollywood relationships are more normal than people think.

"I'm drawn to white," she said when asked about her favourite colour to wear.

"I've got about 10 throw-on white dresses. I go through them all the time. Long or short, it's sort of my go-to. I've had a cute Balenciaga one for years, a Pucci white dress that I love that I got this past summer."

Speaking about her tumultuous relationships in the past, Hudson said she's only normal and believes there is a strong misconception about Hollywood couples.

"I always laugh when people go, 'Hollywood … look at them.' I'm like, 'No, look at the world!' Statistically it's tough out there—relationships have a fifty-fifty chance. The odds aren't great, you know?" she said.

Hudson has two children Bingham and Ryder.

She was married to Chris Robinson from 2000 - 2007 and recently split with Muse frontman Matt Bellamy.
