Keira's $22k surgery results

Last month Keira Maguire admitted she's dabbled in $22,000 worth of cosmetic surgery, and now the former Bachelor star has shown off the results.

The blonde stepped out at a Revlon event in Sydney on Monday night, with her nose job, fuller lips and smoother complexion on show for all to see.

Opting for an effortlessly stylish look, the reality star arrived at Beta Bar in a chic white T-shirt and blue jeans.

Keira, who shot to fame after starring on The Bachelor Australia last year, was one of the more confident girls on screen when wooing eligible hunk Richie Strahan.

But in December she revealed that behind closed doors she'd been harbouring some major insecurities about her appearance, which is why she underwent s $22,000 surgery overhaul.

From a nose job and lip fillers through to Botox and cosmetic tattooing on her eyebrows, the reality star shared every detail of her journey, telling NW magazine she's "always wanted to be perfect."

She admitted she decided to undergo surgery after seeing herself on The Bachelor for the first time.

“The first night I watched the show I was sitting there like, ‘Ew, this is f****d,’ My nose is just so bad on camera,” she told the mag.

Shocked by her nose, the Instagram model began researching plastic surgery and came across Doctor Michael Zacharia in Sydney’s Double Bay, who helped the star achieve her ultimate look and regain her confidence.

In a personal diary that she shared last month, Keira revealed how she has to have her nose broken before it could be straightened. She also had her nostrils tapered.

“Feels like I’ve been punched in the face,” she wrote on day two, revealing that she couldn't do the most basic things, like brush her teeth, eat or breathe through her nose.

“Every morning I wake up to dripping blood down my throat,” Keira revealed on day three, adding “it’s really gross” but she has “to cough it up.”

After a week, she got the stitches and splints out and could finally breathe through her nose again, and on day 10, Keira got her first look at new nose.

“It was such a little thing, but my nose made me feel so insecure. Now I'm an much more confident person,” Keira wrote.

In her quest for perfection, she's also had one millilitre of lip fillers to give her lips a “natural plump,” 38 units of Botox to smooth out wrinkles in her forehead, vampire facials to remove acne scarring and has tattooed her brows to fill in gaps for a “neat” look.

And as for what's next on the cards, “I’m thinking of having a boob job".
