'Nerves' and 'curiosity' spark Bachelor In Paradise romance

Bachelor In Paradise is set to kick off in just a matter of days, and there’s two contestants who’ve firmly set their eyes on one another.

Alex Nation and Brooke Blurton are already seen sharing a steamy moment in a promo for the Channel Ten show, and now it’s been revealed how the passion built up between the pair.

For Alex, who previously won Richie Strahan’s season of The Bachelor, there was already the intention to pursue Brooke as she gave her that classic giddy feeling of love.

“Going in there, I obviously knew that I wanted to pursue her,” Alex tells Yahoo Lifestyle Australia.

“I didn’t know what her thoughts were on me going in there, but I remember when she was announced and I was due to fly out, I had this feeling of just nerves because there was something about her that made nervous in a really, really good way.

“I think I just wanted to impress her,” she continues, teasing, “So as you see, there’s a pretty special moment there on the ad”.

The feelings are clearly mutual as Brooke admits the desire to act on her curiosity and interest towards the mother-of-one.

“I was excited to see Alex and I think I wanted to get to know her more, I was quite curious about her,” Brooke tells Yahoo Lifestyle Australia.

Fans can see exactly how this pending love story plays out when Bachelor In Paradise premieres on Tuesday April 9 on Channel Ten.
