In a TikTok posted by French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal, Gaga can be heard referring to Polansky as her "fiancé" as she introduces him to Attal.

Gaga was in Paris for the 2024 Olympics opening ceremony, during which she performed “Mon Truc en Plumes” in a tribute to French ballet dancer, actor, and singer Zizi Jeanmaire.

Jeanmaire, who died in 2020 at age 96, notably performed the song on a 1965 episode of The Ed Sullivan Show in the United States, with Gaga channeling the same aesthetic, costuming, and vocal intonation of the late singer in her rendition of the song.

Gaga and Polansky were first romantically linked in 2020 after they were photographed kissing at a New Year's Eve party in Las Vegas. They then took their relationship public weeks later during a weekend in Miami for Super Bowl 2020, with Gaga sharing a photo on Instagram of her and Polansky canoodling on a yacht.
