The Aussie state that buys the most sex toys revealed

With Victoria coming out of another lockdown and the weather outside cooling right off, it's no surprise Aussie are continuing to turn to sex toys to keep things interesting and steamy in the bedroom.
One of Australia’s largest online adult stores, Wild Secrets, decided to find out who was snapping up the most adult toys in the country, after discovering that 75 per cent of orders were being placed on-the-go using a mobile rather than a computer.
When it comes to which Aussies are purchasing the most, look no further than NSW. As well as beating all states for first place, Sydney purchases more sex toys than any other city.
In second place for sex toy purchases is Melbourne, and in third place Brisbane. Per capita, however, Tasmania buys more toys than any other state.
New releases such as the Vush Rose 2 Bullet Vibrator feature frequently on the invoices of sex toy shoppers as one of the most popular items.
Proving that we all just want to feel good, the overall mix is rather even when it comes to shoppers with 54 per cent identifying as male, and 45 per cent of purchasers identifying as female.

Couples toys also seem to walk themselves out the door, according to Wild Secrets, with the best-selling and wearable We-Vibe Unite 2.0 one of the favourites.
And for males wanting to experience the 'newgasm', a climax for him, the innovative Arcwave Ion Pleasure Air Stroker is selling like actual hotcakes.
When it comes to the age breakdown of sex toy shoppers, a huge 50 per cent are between the ages of 18-34, followed by 34 per cent between the ages of 35-54, and 17 per cent are over the age of 55+.

Australia's sexiest cities
Earlier this year, lingerie brand Honey Birdette saw very similar results when looking into Australia's sexiest cities based on their own adult toy sales.
The results were shared at the end of summer, with Sydneysiders coming out on top, Melburnians coming in second, and Brisbanites rounding out the top three.
Honey Birdette's founder, Eloise Monaghan, said she wasn't too surprised by the results as “sex and hot weather just tends to go hand in hand”.
Since the beginning of the pandemic in 202, the brand has seen a huge spike in sales, with some of their adult toy sales up 345 per cent.
