Who is the Aussie mum who was stretchered out of Kylie Jenner's 21st?

She’s the woman who has made headlines all the world after she was pictured being taken out of Kylie Jenner’s 21st birthday party face down on a stretcher over the weekend.

But who is Tammy Hembrow, and how did she get an invite to one of the Kardashians’ epic birthday bashes?

Tammy is a 24-year-old mum-of-two from the Gold Coast in Queensland, who runs her own activewear brand, called Saski Collection, and has over eight million followers on Instagram and 1.2 million on YouTube.

She first burst onto the scene in 2015 after revealing her incredibly toned figure just 12 days after the birth of her first son, Wolf Aurelius.

When people questioned how she managed to get back into shape so soon after welcoming a baby into the world, Tammy responded saying she ‘continued working out five days a week’ up until she gave birth.

Within three months, Tammy had her full six-pack back and showed it off with pride on her Instagram page.

In December 2015, Tammy announced her engagement to her partner, Reece Hawkins, by posting a cute Instagram snap showing off her massive tear-drop shaped diamond sparkler.

“I would love nothing more than to spend the rest of my life with you,” she captioned the post.

Just two months later, in February 2016, Tammy revealed that she was pregnant with her second child, by sharing a photo of her scan online.

In March 2016, she released her ‘8 Week Booty Building’ eBook, which featured all her top tips for getting back in shape after going through a pregnancy.

Just five months later, she shared the birth of her baby daughter Saskia Rose with her followers, claiming her and Reece’s hearts were ‘overflowing with love for her’.

Three weeks after the birth, Tammy, then 22, was back online in a crop top, showing off her toned stomach and six-pack.

She told fans she worked out throughout her pregnancy and ate clean after she gave birth.

“So many women think you can’t get your body back after pregnancy but this just isn’t true,” she wrote.

“But if you give your body the love, exercise, and nutrition it deserves, you will reap the rewards.”

The picture-perfect family spent the last two years traveling the world, posting adorable photos online and promoting an assortment of brands on Instagram.

In 2017, she was named as a member of Khloe Kardashian’s ‘Good Squad’ for her Good American jeans brand and later appeared in campaign images with the reality star.

Since then, Tammy is said to have become close with the whole Kardashian clan, with Kylie even liking her photos and following her Instagram account.

It’s believed that’s how Tammy came to be at Kylie’s epic 21st birthday party over the weekend, which featured a Barbie birthday cake, relationship status cups and all the Kardashians and Jenners.

Last year, Tammy announced she has teamed up with In The Style to release her own clothing range, while also still working on own Saski Collection range.

In an interview with huskie.com, she said she did feel pressure to lead a perfect life online but wanted people to know she’s just like everybody else.

“People can be quick to label me based on my looks, but that is just one part of me,” she said.

“I pride myself on being a young mum who is educated and hardworking, but who also loves fashion and makeup.”

However, while her business life may have been thriving, it seems her personal life took a turn and fans were devastated when she announced in June this year that she and her fiancé, Reece, had split up.

“He didn’t cheat on me, I didn’t cheat on him. It wasn’t like that at all,” she said in a YouTube video at the time.

“Obviously, we’re human and we’re not perfect, we have ups and downs like everybody.”

Taking to her YouTube account today, Tammy tried to explain why she collapsed at Kylie Jenner’s party, saying that she had been trying to keep herself busy after her break-up with Reece and ended up pushing herself too far.

“I’ve been throwing myself into work way more than ever and I have my kids the majority of the time,” she said.

“I think because of the break-up I’ve been trying to keep myself busy and not really taking time to think about how I’m actually feeling or focusing on myself.

“I probably, definitely, shouldn’t have been drinking because of how jetlagged I was.”

She went on to say that she was at the party, catching up with friends and chatting with people when she ‘pretty much just collapsed’.

“I’m already like super, super embarrassed about it,” she said.

While Tammy said she did just want to brush everything from the night under the carpet and never think about it again, she claimed it wouldn’t be fair on her fans.

She finished off by slamming trolls who have left nasty comments about what happened, saying she “personally could never imagine attacking or judging someone for something like this.”
“You never know what someone is going through”, she said.

“I’m not going to let something like this define me.

“I’m not going to let it bring me down. I’m going to use it to grow and become a stronger person.”
