Arby’s Just Brought Back 2 Fall Sandwiches Fans Wish Were Permanent
Get ready to grab your Thanksgiving feast straight from the drive-thru.
We’ve had more than our share of Halloween fun in the food world this season: Werewolf Tracks, Frosty Frights, and Boo Buckets—oh my! But instead of jumping right into Jack Frost and mistletoe as soon as the clock strikes November—as we can be tempted to do—we think it’s only right that we give Thanksgiving a moment in the seasonal spotlight.
Thankfully, Arby’s is making sure we don’t breeze by Turkey Day, helping us savor the flavors of fall a little longer with two limited-time, turkey-stuffed sandwiches.
Arby’s Thanksgiving Menu Returns for a Limited Time
Arby’s is keeping up its fan-favorite Thanksgiving tradition, bringing back two seasonal sandwiches for a limited time. Each option is loaded with classic holiday flavors, offering a delicious, drive-thru-friendly take on the Thanksgiving feast.
The holiday-inspired specials first came on the fast food scene in 2017 and have made almost annual returns ever since. However, there have been subtle changes made to the menu favorites year after year. For example, past iterations have included a tangy cranberry sauce, but this season, you'll find a new kind of sandwich spread inside.
This year, the Deep Fried Turkey Gobbler features thick-cut deep-fried turkey breast, crispy onions, everything seasoning, melted Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a signature savory Herb Spread—a creamy sauce with hints of sage and garlic—all on a toasted brioche bun.
The Deep Fried Turkey Club also stars, you guessed it, thick-sliced deep-fried turkey breast, but also includes crispy bacon, melted cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a buttery brioche bun. Unfortunately, the Deep Fried Turkey Wrap, which usually appears in the lineup, doesn’t seem to be returning this season.
But, fans are thrilled at the return of the two seasonal sandwiches nonetheless, saying, “I LOVE the deep-fried turkey!” and, "wish they would be a permanent menu item.” One fan even claims these Thanksgiving-inspired options were better than the beloved Wawa Gobbler Hoagie—and that’s no small statement.
How to Try the Arby’s Thanksgiving Menu
Arby’s officially launched the Thanksgiving-inspired sandwiches on Oct. 28 at participating locations. And, the limited-edition menu doesn’t stop at deep-fried turkey—it also includes a brand-new Pumpkin Pie Turnover and Fried Mac ‘N Cheese Bites for a full lineup of festive flavors.
Although there’s no set end date, Arby’s tends to retire its Thanksgiving items rather quickly, So, don't deny your comfort food cravings for long—head to a drive-thru or order through the Arby’s app to grab these holiday sandwiches while they’re hot.
