Angelina Jolie takes a bold swipe at Brad Pitt

Angelina Jolie has given a revealing new interview about life after Brad Pitt, and she hasn’t held back.

The Maleficent: Mistress of Evil actress, 44, is sans clothes for the Harper’s Bazaar December/January issue, tellingly sporting only a veil while talking about regaining her footing after her 2016 split from third husband, Brad Pitt.

She doesn’t utter Pitt’s name once, calling him only her children’s ‘father’, while making a dig at him for preventing her from traveling — saying their custody agreement is keeping her from doing more of it.

“I would love to live abroad and will do so as soon as my children are 18,” Jolie said. “Right now I’m having to base where their father chooses to live.”

Given Brad is based in LA, it looks like Angelina will have to be as well, for the foreseeable future.

She referred to the ‘visible and invisible’ scars the past five years have taken on her and admitted it was only her brood of children that got her through it.

She said her six kids — Maddox, Zahara, Pax, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox Jolie-Pitt — “know my true self, and they have helped me to find it again and to embrace it. They have been through a lot. I learn from their strength.”

Jolie has long worn her heart on her sleeve when it comes to her children.

In August this year the 44-year-old actress dropped her 18-year-old son Maddox off at college, and understandably fought back tears during the milestone moment.

The movie star was spotted arriving at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea with her son by her side.

They were seen touring the college building and checking out the campus, ahead of Maddox’s launch into a biochemistry course at the educational institution.
