Some of Beki's followers were concerned that the cheesecake was still pretty runny and hadn't set, but she had a simple explanation for this. "Was bloody delish! Didn't last in the fridge, was gone in not even an hour," she wrote in the comments. "It sets solid after being refrigerated, I ate it before I put it in the fridge, however have made it many times and it definitely goes solid in there." Phew.

Beki's recipe

Ingredients

  • 125g butter

  • 250g digestive

  • 375g cream cheese

  • 1 lemon zested and squeezed

  • 400g tin condensed milk

  • Toppings of your choice

To make the wreath, Beki first crushed the biscuits and mixed them with the melted butter. Then she pressed the biscuit mixture into a doughnut shape on her plate.

Next, she mixed together the cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon zest and juice before spooning the mixture on top of the biscuit base. She then decorated her wreath with fresh fruit.
