It's so nice, but don't say it thrice!

A recreation of the Deetz residence from Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is now available to visit thanks to Airbnb.

The home is part of the vacation rental company's immersive "Icons" experiences and they promise is "just as it appears" in the 2024 reboot of Tim Burton's classic horror-comedy.

While Airbnb isn't offering overnight stays here, as they have with some of the other Icons, a visit to the Deetz residence promises "otherworldly escapades," amazing photo ops, and even an art class.

The house has all the easter eggs and haunting details a Beetlejuice fan could hope for, including the famous scale model of Winter River, wacky checkered floor tiling, eerie smoke, newspapers straight from the afterlife and fittingly creeky staircases.

Upon arrival, guests will be met by Delia Deetz’s lifelong assistant guiding them inside to view "exquisite artwork" reminiscent of the new film and its 1988 predecessor. Visitors will then head to the attic, which could possibly lead them to the afterlife via a "glowing green hallway into the waiting room with the rest of the recently deceased," Airbnb says.

The waiting room leads to a truly disorienting, swirling hallway lined with doors. "Peek through the keyholes, but don’t open any doors unless you want to be eaten by sandworms or wind up in that demon’s favorite haunt, Dante’s Inferno," the company warns in a press release.

Assuming they make it back to reality, guests can then take part in an art class, "where you’ll unleash your deepest fears into the void," and end the night "with a toast to Delia’s unmatched brilliance, and a photo-op of course," per Airbnb.

The home, located in New Jersey, will officially be available to book for 10 three-hour experiences between Oct. 23 and Nov. 4 — just in time for spooky season. Additional experiences are available between Nov. 16-27 for up to six guests, all with a cost of $0 per person.

Fans looking to get the most out of their spooky visit can do so by booking the experience at airbnb.com/beetlejuice. Per Airbnb, guests will also receive a one-night stay at an Airbnb listing in neighboring Princeton, N.J. at no additional cost.

The Deetz home announcement comes just five months after Airbnb revealed it was recreating 11 other "icons" from pop culture mainstays. Among them are the real-life Up home in Abiquiu, New Mexico, The X-Men mansion in New York's Westchester County and Prince's iconic Purple Rain house in Minneapolis, Minn.

"We started thinking, 'We're doing this thing. It's creating a lot of joy for people. What if we took this magic to the next level?'" CEO and co-founder of Airbnb Brian Chesky told PEOPLE at the time. "'What if we did more of these, we made them even bigger and we put them right in the center app?' So that's what we've done."

This summer, Airbnb also debuted a real-life version of Polly Pocket's iconic plastic house in Littleton, Mass. Tickets for the slumber party-themed home offered guests both a stay at the location and a day-time experience.

Thirty-five years after the original film’s 1988 release, Warner Bros. announced in March 2023 that Beetlejuice would finally getting a sequel.

Some of the stars of the original film, like Michael Keaton and Winona Ryder, reprise their roles for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. Meanwhile, fresh faces like Jenna Ortega and Justin Theroux made their debut in Burton’s ghoulish world.

There were several failed attempts to greenlight a sequel in the last two decades. In June 2023, Keaton opened up about the project at Empire's VIP event. "We’re doing it exactly like we did the first movie," the actor said, adding that he and Burton agreed "years and years ago" that a sequel "has to be done as close to the way we made it the first time. Making stuff up, making stuff happen, improvising and riffing."

Keaton also gushed about how much fun he's had on set. "F---in’ great," he said. "It’s the most fun I’ve had working on a movie in I can’t tell you how long."
