AACTA Awards 2024: All the looks from the red carpet
The AACTA Awards are being held on the Gold Coast this year.
The 2024 AACTA Awards are taking place on the Gold Coast at the Home of the Arts (HOTA). Rebel Wilson will be hosting the evening, with huge stars such as Margot Robbie, Cate Blanchett, Ron Howard, Joel Edgerton and Simon Baker set to attend.
The awards show will be broadcast on Channel Ten at 7pm, with a 'director's cut' available on BINGE and Foxtel On-Demand and on AACTA TV afterwards.
Here are all the incredible red carpet looks:
Margot Robbie
Barbie star Margot Robbie looked drop-dead gorgeous in her colourful sequinned gown. The star will be awarded the Trailblazer Award tonight, she is also up for Audience Choice Award for Favourite Actress, while Barbie is also up for Audience Choice Award for Favourite Film.
Rebel Wilson
The AACTA Awards hosts herself, Rebel Wilson chose a black gown with a feather detail.
Cate Blanchett
Cate Blanchett looked beautiful in her gold and black look, her film The New Boy is nominated for Best Film, while the star is also nominated for Best Lead Actress in Film.
Harriet Dyer
Colin From Accounts star, writer and producer Harriet Dyer looked incredible walking the carpet. The star is up against her husband and co-star Patrick Brammall for Best Acting in a Comedy, she is also nominated for Best Screenplay in Television, while the show is also up for Best Narrative Comedy Series.
Patrick Brammall
Patrick matched his wife, Harriet, on the carpet, wearing a black velvet jacket, with a purple tie. Patrick is also nominated for Best Screenplay in Television and Best Acting in a Comedy.
Aisha Dee and Thomas Cocquerel
Safe Home co-stars Aisha Dee and Thomas Cocquerel posed on the red carpet, with Aisha rocking a slinky, sheer, black dress, while Tom went for a classic tuxedo. Aisha is nominated for Best Lead Actress in a Drama and Safe Home is nominated for Best Miniseries.
Simon Baker
Simon Baker looked very handsome as he posed in his navy look on the carpet, the star is nominated for Best Lead Actor in Film for his work in Limbo.
Christine Centenera and Joel Edgerton
Joel Edgerton and his girlfriend and Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Australia, Christine Centenera, looked stunning together. While Joel kept things simple with an all-black outfit, Christine brought a lot of colour to her look.
Liz Cantor
Liz Cantor was one of the first to pose on the AACTA Awards red carpet, with the TV presenter looking stunning in a black dress from Rebecca Vallance.
Chloé Hayden
Heartbreak High star Chloé Hayden is nominated for Favourite Australian Media Personality and looked gorgeous in her purple, beaded strapless mini-dress.
Osamah Sami
Shayda star Osamah Sami, who is nominated for Best Lead Actor in Film, looked incredible, choosing to go for a purple velvet jacket.
Kat Clark
Kat Clark, who is nominated for Favourite Australian Digital Creator with her family, looked beautiful in her black and white gown.
Harry Connick Jr
Harry Connick Jr looked very handsome in a black tuxedo as he walked the carpet.
Natalie Tran
Natalie Tran, one of the hosts of The Great Australian Bake Off, looked stunning in red. Nat and her colleagues are nominated for Best Lifestyle Program at the awards.
Renee Bargh
Renee Bargh was also one of the first to arrive, with the presenter standing out in her pink look!
Charlie Pickering
Charlie Pickering looked dapper as he walked the carpet.
Karina Natt and Narelda Jacobs
Karina Natt and Narelda Jacobs looked beautiful as they walked the carpet hand-in-hand. Narelda wears MAARA Collective, while Karina dons ZHIVAGO.
