‘7th Heaven’ Star Looks Nearly Unrecognizable During Outing in Los Angeles
Catherine Hicks, who played the family matriarch, Annie Camden, in the hit TV series 7th Heaven, looked almost unrecognizable as she took a stroll in Los Angeles this past week.
In a rare appearance for the actress, Hicks took a walk in the nice weather, wearing a gray sweatshirt, patterned blue pants and slip-on shoes.
Hicks was out on the walk with another person, but it's unclear who was by her side. The actress' classic blonde hair was blowing in the wind, emulating the style she wore during the days of her popular family drama.
Check out the photos of Hicks here.
The 73-year-old actress last graced the screen in 2016 in the TV movie Honeymoon From Hell, although she did voice work more recently, in 2020. Most people recognize Hicks from her role as Annie, a stay-at-home mother raising seven kids with her husband, Reverend Eric Camden (Stephen Collins).
The hit show, which aired between 1996 and 2007, also featured a number of other familiar stars, including Jessica Biel, Beverley Mitchell, Tyler Hoechlin, Ashlee Simpson and more.
Along with 7th Heaven, Hicks also starred in the hit horror film Child's Play, the first of the Chucky franchise. Other major roles from the actress include Gillian in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, Carol Heath in Peggy Sue Got Married and Marilyn Monroe in Marilyn: The Untold Story.
Hicks has been retired from acting for a while now, and in 2023 when there was talk of a 7th Heaven reboot, she shut down any notion of her involvement, telling TMZ, "The kids grew up, Stephen's gone, and...No, no. Let it go."
She also clarified that she didn't have any intention to act again, saying, "I don't act anymore. I don't have the tears in me. They're gone."
As for Hicks' personal life, she married special effects makeup artist Kevin Yagher in 1990, and they share one daughter named Catie.
