5th House Is Hiring A Freelance Influencer & VIP Relations Manager In Los Angeles

5th House, a boutique fashion PR agency, seeks a talented Freelance Influencer & VIP Relations Manager in Los Angeles. We build brands of the future through unconventional, multidisciplinary, and forward-thinking communication strategies for select clients like Baobab, PQ Swim, Ezz Studios, Soru Jewellery, Hunter Bell, Palm Noosa, Beauty Blender, Naturium, and Phlur.

Position: Part-time, Freelance (1-3 days/week) looking to grow into full-time

Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage celebrity and influencer partnerships to boost client visibility
● Design and implement VIP gifting strategies across multiple client accounts
● Create tailored quarterly plans that reflect each client's unique brand identity
● Secure high-profile opportunities for celebrities, including red carpet events and press junkets
● Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and talent
● Identify and nurture emerging influencers and celebrities
● Skillfully manage a diverse client portfolio, meeting all project deadlines
● Guide the Junior VIP team based in the UK, overseeing task delegation and time management
● Supervise daily operations, including sample distribution and contact list updates
● Track gifting outcomes, media coverage, and upcoming opportunities
● Compile comprehensive monthly reports highlighting key achievements and insights

Qualifications:
● 3+ years Fashion PR experience with VIPs & Influencers
● Based in Los Angeles
● Strong creative thinkers with a pulse on influencer, celebrity, and fashion trends
● Established relationships with Stylists, Influencers, and VIP’s
● Experience with innovative startups a plus

Essential Skills:
● Excellent communication and networking abilities
● Social media expertise (Instagram, TikTok)
● Project management and organizational skills
● Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
● Fashion industry knowledge
● Discretion and confidentiality
