Meet Baby Scout!
After falling in love on the Packed to the Rafters set, former co-stars Jessica Marais and James Stewart proudly introduce WHO to their newborn daughter, Scout Edie. In an exclusive interview, the smitten couple reveal details of Marais’s pregnancy, her 11-hour labour (“Jimmy breathed with me and reassured me the whole time,” says Marais), their birth plan (Scout was born to Sting’s “Fields of Gold”) and the joy of becoming parents for the first time. “You can’t prepare yourself for what happens once that little person enters the world,” says Marais, who shows off her week-old daughter in a series of intimate family portraits.

“It’s just sheer and utter love, it’s overwhelming.” As the young family prepares to make the temporary move to the US, where Marais will resume work on the set of Miami-based drama Magic City, the actress reveals how Scout’s arrival has strengthened the bond she shares with her fiancé, Rafters star Stewart. “We’re a family.” And who does she looks like? “She has her mum’s lips and my nose,” says Stewart. “And definitely her dad’s head of hair!”

Delta Goodrem: “I’ve grown up”
As WHO goes behind the scenes of Delta Goodrem’s campaign for vitamin company Swisse, the star of The Voice reveals how she “rises above” the challenges of mainstream stardom. “You can’t go with the highs or the lows, because you won’t survive,” Goodrem tells WHO. That said, the singer concedes the criticism has taken a toll: “Of course there are days when it has upset me, I’d be lying if I said there wasn’t. I love Australia, and when things like that happen—,I’m like, ‘Really?’But I have been through worse in my life.”
