Congratulations – and surprise! – Rosie O'Donnell is married.
O'Donnell, 50, who recently suffered a heart attack, moved up her planned wedding to fianceé Michelle Rounds after Rounds was diagnosed with desmoid tumors, a rare disease that only affects three out of every million people.
The couple, who announced their engagement in Dec. 2011, exchanged vows on June 9 in a private ceremony in New York, O'Donnell's rep Cindi Berger tells WHO Magazine exclusively. "They got married but they haven't had the wedding celebration."
The two originally planned to be married in August, but they chose to get married quietly in June before Rounds's first surgery on June 14.

"It is such a rare tumor. It took them quite a while to get an accurate diagnosis," adds Berger. "She had several gastrointestinal surgeries to remove the desmoid turmors. She is now on the road to recovery."
O'Donnell, meanwhile, took to her blog to share the happy news.

O'Donnell & Rounds
"We married in private before [Michelle's] surgery, just the [two] of us," she wrote. "When we r both well enough will have the wedding of r dreams surrounded by those we cherish."
"Thankful for the love and support so many have given us during these trying times," O'Donnell blogs. "Including all of u stranger-friends connected thru invisible strands of wi fi."
O'Donnell and Rounds hope to raise awareness for desmoid tumors by participating in the annual DTRF Running for Answers 5K, held in Philadelphia on Oct. 21. They are raising funds and plan to match all donations made to Rounds's fundraising page.

Well said Allison - there is absolutely nothing "gay" at all about homosexuality - it is quite the opposite - most of them are all pretty sad cases really - and I would be too if my psycho-sexual "software" did not match my physical-sexual "hardware" - it is all pretty sad really - very sad to not have developed normally psycho-sexually- worst part about it is they don't even realise just how abnormal it is. I think deep down they really know it is not normal but feel they can't change so they try to make everyone else change their views and even try to legislate it as "normal" - re-engineer society - make it the "new normal" - BUT - no matter how much they argue and legislate the point - it will never make it normal - the mere biological design of our human bodies clearly tell us what "normal" sex is - anything else is "artificial" sex - no matter how you look at it. They say "love has no gender" - and that is true - BUT SEXUAL/PHYSICAL EXPRESSION OF LOVE DOES INVOLVE PHYSICAL GENDER- and that is where the problem is - two people of the same sex just are not made to have sex "naturally" - in other words - they have to use other ie. "artificial" means to achieve what happens "naturally" in heterosexual sex - cause the "plumbing" just ain't right!
ReplyWhy does it take 2 Leso's to change a lightbulb? One to change the lightbulb while the other one winges that it was a mans fault that it was broken.

ReplyWhy aren't lesbians ever hot looking like the ones in the porno's? I'm all for those but mostly they are the ugly rough looking ones that look more like blokes that you see wandering the streets in Newtown with tattoos, piercings, hairy armpits and fat behinds. UGHHHH!!! We need more like Miranda Kerr,Sophia Vergara and other hot women to get into it then we will be more accepting of them.
