A sexier-than-ever Ricki-Lee Coulter didn’t hold back on sharing intimate details with fans during her raunchy comeback show at Sydney’s Beresford Hotel on May 30.
“When I'm out there on stage things can get pretty hot and sexy,” the “Do It Like That” singer tells WHO, following on-stage revelations that her forthcoming album, Fear and Freedom, was inspired by her steamy relationship with boyfriend Richard Harrison.

With Jessica Mauboy, Stan Walker, Brian McFadden and The Voice stars Chris Sebastian and Fatai Veamatahau amongst the sold-out crowd, “It felt amazing,” says Coulter of the high-energy set she describes as “my vision brought to life” following months of dance and singing rehearsals. “It was actually crazy! The entire room was just bouncing up and down singing and dancing throughout.”

Spicing up her look in custom high-waisted sequined shorts, embellished bustier and cape by Sass & Bide which she paired with Miu Miu ankle boots, the slimline blonde, 26, owned the stage as she busted out moves to her old hits “Sunshine” and “Hell No,” plus her latest single, “Crazy.”
After a two-year hiatus, “To finally be up on that stage performing these songs that I've spent the last year and a half creating and fine-tuning was such an incredible feeling,” says the empowered “Raining Diamonds” star. “I wanted every song to have it's own vibe and personality so that's what we created.”
Adding to the night’s sexy vibe? With her biggest fan, personal trainer Harrison—whom she credits for helping her shed 20kg in 2011—front and center to cheer her on, “I caught his eye during one of the songs and it just filled me with such happiness,” tells Coulter. “Singing really intimate lyrics about our relationship, it was a really beautiful moment.”
