She explained: "I always go back to the Brazilian Butt lift DVD, which is a really fun and a good workout for when you're traveling. You can follow the program. Even if you are a mom, and you have a million things to do and the kids are at school, I love the DVDs. They make it hard to say you didn't have the time."

In addition to DVDs, Kate admits music is another big motivating factor, with some of her favourite tunes to work out to including 'Can I Kick It' and Aerosmith's 'Big One's'.

The fitness guru and co-founder of her clothes line Fabletics went on to talk about the main goal when designing her latest collection, she said: "I really want to incorporate the versatility of working out and lifestyle [in my designs] -- having that being a motivating factor for women to be active."

The latest line - which she admits is her favourite one yet - strives to be more trendy than some of the original stuff.

She explained: "We wanted to see how woman responded to our basics and once we saw what's working, we started to have more fun with prints and getting more fashion forward."

She continued: "I love the real colorful prints. I'm also really excited about our open back tees. They're a little bit more loose. I know for me, depending on what period in my life [I'm in], I like ones that cover the tushy. They're slouchy and off the shoulder, really comfortable."

Kate's new line is set to debut this July.
