Prince George has nabbed a spot on British GQ's Best Dressed Men list of 2015.

The 17-month old son of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge debuted at number 49 on the esteemed countdown, among the likes of other British style icons, including David Beckham, Benedict Cumberbatch, and grandpa Prince Charles, who came in at number seven.

Lanvin designer Alber Elbaz told GQ: "Already following in the footsteps of his great-great-great-uncle, Edward VIII, and his grandfather, the Prince of Wales, Prince George looks set to become the UK's best-dressed man."

The toddler was snapped in a knitted navy vest with toy soldiers from Cath Kidston in his latest set of holiday photos in December.

The festive sweater completely sold out during the holiday season.

Other people on the list include Elton John's husband David Furnish, The Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner, and Eddie Redmayne, who stole the top spot.
