Yung Miami Commits to Denim in Maison Alaïa Hoodie and Miniskirt Set at Revolt World
Rapper Yung Miami took her podcast “Caresha Please” live at Revolt World this weekend. The popular show host selected an easy denim set for the sold-out event. The show is named after Miami’s legal name, Caresha Brownlee.
Styled by Kendrick Carter, Miami wore a hooded denim jacket from Maison Alaïa. This cropped piece features a shawl collar, an oversized hood and a single-button closure. The faded design with a cinched waist was paired with a matching miniskirt, which includes pockets and is cut lower in the back than the front.

Carter, who has worked with Miami for some time, has styled music acts like K. Michelle and GloRilla. He completed Yung Miami’s look with strappy white stiletto sandals from Area that tie up to the knee, a trending silhouette. The rapper completed her look with silver braids.
The former City Girl was just at New York Fashion Week. There, she sat front row at shows like Christian Cowan and Area. For the BET Awards earlier this year, she wore a black body-con dress from Jagne. Designed by the Gambia-born Baba Jagne, that look featured cutouts and sheer panels in the bodice. Looks for each of those events were styled by Carter.
Yung Miami was notably a face in the “Krinkle” campaign between Ugg and Telfar which released in 2023. Others in that series included Lil’ Kim as well as designer Telfar Clemons.
