Who Will Win 'RuPaul's Drag Race' Season 17? Ranking the Queens After Episode 13

RuPaul's Drag Race is back, and in a few short weeks, we'll know America's Next Drag Superstar v.17. After 13 weeks, we've now eliminated over half of the competition. We've seen our girls walk plenty of runways, compete in plenty of challenges and deliver plenty of confessionals. So, while we still have a few weeks before the finale, we've got a lot of information already as pertains to the five remaining queens.

Which brings us to the question: Who will win Season 17 of RuPaul's Drag Race?

To that end, I've put together a ranking of the remaining drag queens competing this season, ordered from least likely to most likely to be crowned America's Next Drag Superstar. It's a power ranking, if you will, and while there are supposed spoilers on dark corners of the internet, I haven't read any of them. And to clarify, this ranking relates specifically to their chances of winning Season 17 and not just making it far.

While no queen was eliminated this week and so there are still five queens fighting for the crown, we did gather a bit more information heading into the final weeks of the competition.

You can read last week's ranking here, and check back every week throughout the season for updated rankings as the queens are eliminated. But without further ado, here's our ranking after Episode 13.

5. Jewels Sparkles

Last Week: 5th
Track Record: Top, Safe, Safe, Safe, Safe, Top, Top, Win, Bottom, Bottom, Safe, Bottom

While RuPaul did opt to save Jewels Sparkles this week from elimination, the future doesn't seem particularly bright for our queen. With only one win and a track record that boasts being in the bottom three our of the last four weeks, Jewels is obviously the weakest queen heading into next week. While I do think there's a possibility that she sneaks past one or two of her competitors depending on what the remaining challenges are, she just seems a bit unlikely to win, especially with other queens continuing to pad their resumes. I absolutely adore Jewels and her personality is infectious. Pencil her in for a strong run on All Stars, but she seems unlikely to earn her crown here.

4. Lexi Love

Last Week: 4th
Track Record: Win, Safe, Safe, Safe, Safe, Top, Safe, Top, Bottom, Top, Win, Safe

If Jewels were to sneak past one queen, it's likely to be Lexi. While she did share a win with Onya last week, she's only won one challenge by herself, and she's the most volatile of the queens remaining. If she spirals in the wrong challenge, she could be sent home. Alternatively, if Lexi can win one of the final challenges (she seems likely to thrive in a music video challenge), then that would give her three wins and put her in contention for the crown. Lexi's path ahead definitely offers the most variance, but there's a real shot she ends up in fifth place, so I can't bump her up any higher in this ranking.

3. Suzie Toot

Last Week: 3rd
Track Record: Win, Safe, Top, Win, Safe, Safe, Top, Safe, Safe, Top, Safe, Top

Suzie Toot has lasted twelve weeks without falling below safe. While she hasn't won a challenge in quite some time, she's performed consistently well and landed in the top yet again this week. It seems very unlikely that Suzie wouldn't make the finale after all this. But there is the nagging thought in the back of my mind that RuPaul doesn't typically like old school Broadway queens. I think Suzie needs one more late-season win in order to grab the crown, so a lot is riding on the next few episodes.

2. Onya Nurve

Last Week: 1st
Track Record: Safe, Top, Win, Top, Safe, Win, Top, Bottom, Safe, Win, Win, Bottom

While Onya does have four wins, this week she ended up in the bottom two and couldn't manage to eliminate Jewels Sparkles in the lip sync. That both allowed Sam Star to make up some ground and proved that Onya might not be the best lip sync assassin in the finale. It's also worth noting that since she shared last week's win with Lexi, she's really only half a win ahead of Sam. I do think we're heading towards a Sam vs. Onya finale showdown, but I think Sam has a slight edge as of now.

1. Sam Star

Last Week: 2nd
Track Record: Safe, Win, Safe, Bottom, Top, Top, Win, Safe, Top, Top, Bottom, Win

This was an INCREDIBLE week for Sam. Not only did she destroy her competition in the makeover challenge, but her interactions with her mom proved to be some of the most endearing of the episode. With three wins, Sam is now sitting solidly in second place, and I struggle to see her pageant background causing her any trouble in these final few challenges. Sam is very much in contention for the crown and is coming into the finale with the wind in her sails.
