Here's what's really going down at the Bachie finale
The Bachelor finale is only one sleep away, and never in the history of the Australian series have we been so confused so close to the end.
Nick Cummins, aka the Honey Badger, has three “good sorts” as he says to offer the final rose to, but not without a major bombshell going down in the process.
Trust us when we say this is going to be more jaw dropping than Blake Garvey’s propose and dash scenario in 2014. The go-to conspiracy theories are deciphered below and you’re very welcome.
Brooke is going to break his heart, before saving it
Recent reports have suggested Brooke is going to “walk out” on Nick tonight. Firstly, why? Why would you do this Brooke?
Why would you arrive with a footy in hand and a heart of gold on the first night, before innocently seducing Nick and the rest of the country for that matter with your girl-next-door charm and mind blowing maturity beyond your years.
If she does make the shock exit tonight, all we can say is that’s one Bachie game well played.
After all, the youth worker managed to nab the most one-on-one time with the Honey Badger this season, and to keep him longing for more right up to the semi final is a smart move.
Now how about another plot twist to keep you on your toes.
What if Nick doesn’t pick Sophie or Brittany, and Brooke actually wins, even after walking out? Yes, she makes an eleventh-hour return to sweep him off his feet!
Now that’d make for a convincing TV love story and some killer ratings.
Cass has had it in the bag from the get go
This conspiracy theory has been doing the rounds, and not without some commendable merit.
Talk about a real coincidence that Cass ended up on this season of The Bachelor that just happens to star her ex and the man she’s claimed she’s been in love with since meeting a while back.
After being booted off the show last week, Cass exclusively revealed to Yahoo Lifestyle that she and Nick had been seeing each other for FIVE MONTHS.
What’s more, she has seen Nick since the finale, and admitted it in an interview with Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa this week.
“Ummm, out of respect to the winner, we’d never organise to hang out. But we do live, uh, on the Northern Beaches, and I have bumped into him,” she said.
She then added:“But it was just like, ‘Hi, bye.’”
There is no winner
Every year the Bachelor and his winning lady do a promo tour after the finale airs.
This usually involves breakfast radio in Sydney before a flight down to Melbourne for The Project.
But Nick isn’t even going to be in the country on Friday, as he’s already headed over to Papa New Guinea to walk the Kokoda Trail.
Now if that doesn’t sound like a single man who has no relationship to show off on national TV, then what does?
It’s GRAND FINALE WEEK! Who will Nick choose? Get ready for the most heart-stopping end to a series you’ve ever seen 😯❤#TheBachelorAU 7.30 Wednesday & Thursday on TEN pic.twitter.com/9NtZxjaoXM
