"I wake up super early. I was up at 3 a.m. this morning — that was way too early; that wasn’t by choice. I normally wake up at 5, so I have an hour and a half until my children wake up, so I get to have that time to refill myself before they’re up," she tells host Nicole Trunfio.

Kerr shares sons Myles, 4, and Hart, 5, with husband Evan Spiegel and is also mom to son Flynn, 13, with ex-husband Orlando Bloom.

"Because I want to give to them when they’re up – and it’s all systems go when they wake up! So I have a little time to do 20-minute meditation; I think about 3 things I’m grateful for," she says.

As this pregnancy winds down, Kerr has also made it a point to take some more me-time as she prepares for her family to grow.

"I’ve also been investing extra time in myself this pregnancy, particularly in this last trimester. Taking a little extra time for myself each morning before the boys wake to sit quietly and meditate — usually with my Noni Glow Sleeping Mask on to make up for the lack of beauty sleep — take a bath or do whatever it is that my body is telling me it needs," Kerr shares.

"Taking time for yourself, listening to your body, and prioritizing self-care is important to feel your best so you can give the best of yourself to others.”

Kerr is soaking up these final days as a family of five before the newest little one arrives.

"I’m in the final few weeks now, so I’m spending most of my time finishing the nursery, winding up business commitments, and spending lots of one-on-one time with the boys before their baby brother arrives," she shares.

In her partnership with Bumpsuit, not only will the entrepreneur mom be the face of the brand's new campaign, but she's also curated exclusive pregnancy kits, available today, featuring Bumpsuit’s iconic catsuit —a full-body leotard designed to meet your body through pregnancy and postpartum, which is at the heart of the maternity uniform evolution — as well as their new Armadillo Baby Carrier and Kora Organics body oil.
