She may have a glam life and a fairytale romance, but ex-Bachelorette Georgia Love isn’t immune to body image issues.

It was an invite to a friend’s wedding in Bali - which included a “recovery pool party” - that brought her insecurities to the surface and left her feeling sick, as she told Whimn.

Why? Because a pool party meant wearing bathers.

While Georgia was quick to note that she’s “very happy” with her size 8-10 bod she did reveal that she’s a bit self-conscious about her stomach and bottom.

Most clothes make her feel “comfortable and confident” - but not bikinis. So much so the 30-year-old vowed never to wear the two-piece style ever again in 2016, a few months after her stint on The Bachelorette.

That’s when Georgia discovered a paparazzi photo of her in a ‘kini at the beach plastered across the front page of a women’s magazine.

“The caption alongside my photo was a quote I’d given months earlier, obviously unrelated to this pic, saying “I’m happy with how I look”. The inference was that I should not be,” she said.

After that, the brunette babe binned all her bikinis and would only sport one-piece suits - even in the privacy of her own home.

“For the first time in my life I truly felt fat, horrible and shamed. Not ashamed. But shamed,” she said.

Georgia went on to say that the pressure from mags and social media to look like a ‘fitspo model’ does get to her - but she refused to let it stop her celebrating her friend’s big day.

Armed with a pair of “big-arse colourful earrings” and some moral support from boyfriend Lee Elliott, Georgie slipped into her fave high-waisted bikini and proceeded to have a blast poolside.

She even forgot she was wearing a two-piece - and shared happy snaps on Instagram to boot.

Can we just say the girl looks fab whether in a one-piece or a bikini?

“No one should ever let you feel like you can’t or shouldn’t wear anything or look a certain way. And the very last person who you should let do so is yourself.”

Amen to that, sister.
