Q: So how was it to watch the grand final with the family?Tasia: There was a lot of screaming. Imagine, Gracia and I are loud, plus another seven of us, so it's triple loud! Lots of screaming but they're very proud of us and they've been supportive of Gracia and I, so yeah.Gracia: It was like going back to that day, all stressful and nervous again.Tasia: Just watching back, we can't believe that we actually made it, like, plated all of the dishes, got all of the elements that we wanted onto the plates.

Q: How did the other contestants react and how does it feel to represent Asian cuisine to a national audience?Gracia: We've had a lot of support from everyone on MKR and all the other teams and they've been so lovely and supportive of Tasia and I, and it's really great to see when they love your food.Tasia: Zana really enjoyed our ultimate instant restaurant and we've gone out with her a couple of times and we've taken her to a lot of Asian fusion restaurants and she's really enjoyed that, so it's really good.Gracia: Letting Australia see other kinds of different Asian cuisine has been amazing.

Q: And the judges?Tasia: The judges said to make sure to do what you really want to do and to just follow that food dream, you know? Because we already told them so many times that we do want to…Gracia: … be in the food industry…Tasia: …and they were really encouraging of that and very supportive of it.Q: Colin Fassnidge said, 'Guys, you don't need $250,000 — you open a sauce factory, and you'll be loaded!' In truth, you have been working on a sauce business. How is it coming along?Gracia: Well, we've progressed in that we finally came to an agreement on the final decision on the logo! We're working on the website at the moment and yes, I think Tasia and I have not much experience in that area, so it's taking awhile, but Tasia and I are really excited.Tasia: I think we're starting with the range of satay sauces and probably, shortly after that, the coriander dressing and have a ginger one so people aren't just bored with one kind of sauce. We're really excited. The sauces are the ones we made on the show but it will be accompanied by recipes or blogs on different ways to use them.

Q: Will you do a cookbook? Both: Ooh!Tasia: A book sounds amazing.Gracia: We will really look into that. That will be good, actually, but we'll see.

Q: Are you taking away and souvenirs from the show?Tasia: Yeah. Both (in unison): We kept the aprons!Tasia: The tablecloth, oh my God, everything. Well, I feel like I wanted to take everything, but we're not allowed.Gracia: I think our prized possession will be the aprons.Tasia: And the knives! Oh my God, the chef's knives, they are amazing.

Q: With the prize money, aside from your food business, you had considered taking a holiday. Where will you go?Gracia: Oh, I think Tasia and I, we want to explore Japan.Tasia: Go on a journey.Gracia: We love ramen, so maybe we can come up with new sauces.

Q: You can now use a rice cooker again. Will you upgrade?Gracia: Well, Tasia came home to the rice cooker and managed to not cook rice properly again.Tasia: So the thing is, now I can cook rice in a pot, and I practiced a lot, like I practiced 10 kilos, so yes, I can do them in my sleep now.
Q: So you have definitely grown in confidence.Tasia: Yes. I think that's what Gracia and I lacked in the beginning, we lacked a bit of confidence. We thought we were never going to make it all the way. But little by little, we thought, yeah, maybe.
Q: And Gracia, will you be preparing more quail eggs soon?Gracia: No. I think they're the enemy. I'll be eating them but not cooking with them!
