One Beyoncé booty, and hold the diet soda, please! At least, that's what Khloé Kardashian is ordering up in her healthy lifestyle these days.

The reality star, 31, talked about her diet-free approach to wellness and the dream celebrity bum she's working for at the gym during an interview Monday with Nova 96.9 radio hosts Fitzy & Wippa.

"I think all diets are kind of weird. The word 'die' is in it," Kardashian said. "I believe in lifestyle changes, and when you think of something long term, you do it better. If I know I just have to eat this way for a week, how does that help you for the long term? It doesn't."

But those big-picture goals are all about sustainable small steps, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians personality explained.

"I've made major cutbacks. I used to love soda. So I've cut out soda completely and I'll drink iced tea or water for what I drink throughout my day. I just made that like a lifestyle change," she told the hosts. "I'll do like one thing, like, a month. I'll just cut something off little by little, and then it just becomes like a part of your life. You don't even think about it."

And when it comes to exercising, Kardashian is all about the positive motivation – especially from her trainer, Gunnar Peterson.

"I'm just obsessed with him. I really am. He has changed my body, but he's not militant. I'm not paying you to yell at me. I want someone who's motivating and encouraging, like if they are proud of you for even being there that day," she said.

"Gunner is, like, really proud and sweet and positive in that way, and also he comes from a place of 'yes.' So if I'm like, 'I want Beyoncé's booty,' he'll say, 'Okay, we're gonna do that.' He's not like, 'Well, you can't because you're a foot taller than her.' He just is very positive."

Kardashian regularly shares tidbits from her sweat sessions on Instagram. She posted a photo Saturday of herself solo in the studio surrounded by gym gadgets, just two days after she shared a post-spin-class picture at Cycle House.

Kardashian told WHO in March that she works out "almost every day" and visits with her trainer five days a week. She also drinks multiple liters of water daily to stay hydrated.
