Six-months after The Bachelor’s Blake Garvey publicly dumped her for the show’s second runner-up, Sam Frost is ready for another shot at on-screen romance as the star of The Bachelorette Australia.

“I think with every experience, whether negative or positive, you evolve as a person,” says the 26-year-old. “If anything, I’ve realised that I’m a lot stronger than I thought I was and definitely more sure of who I am and what I want in a guy and what I expect in a relationship."

Doing another reality show was a "massive decision" but the "hopeless romantic" is optimistic she'll find love when filming for the Ten spin-off begins next month. “They’re searching the whole country, just for me, for great, genuine, funny guys," she tells WHO. "I think that’s the best thing ever!”

As for her one-time fiancée Garvey and his girlfriend Louise Pillidge, Frost insists there’s no bad blood. “They seem really happy and they’re perfect together and I have moved on and so have they,” she says. “That’s all that’s important.”
