Bobbi Kristina Brown Hospitalised After Being Found Unresponsive in Tub

Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her home Saturday (US Time).

According to the police, Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's 21-year-old daughter was found by her husband, Nick Gordon, in the bathroom of their home in Roswell, Georgia.

Reached by WHO, police confirmed a TMZ report that Brown was unconscious and that CPR was performed. She was revived and then rushed to North Fulton Hospital. The site reports that her condition has since stabilised, but Roswell police were unable to confirm.

"Please keep her and the family in your thoughts and prayers," the police department said in a post on its Facebook page.

The incident occurs just weeks before the third death anniversary of Houston, who died on Feb. 11, 2012, after being found unconscious in a hotel bathroom in Los Angeles.

"Obviously we all know her mom died this very same way," Lisa Holland of the Roswell Police Department told WHO.

An investigation later determined that Houston died from accidental drowning, and a toxicology report found that the singer had cocaine, marijuana, Xanax, Benadryl and other medication in her system.

On January 26, Brown Tweeted about missing her mother, writing: "miss you mommy ..:') SO much.. loving you more every sec."

Since her mother's death, Brown has faced increased scrutiny, including her relationship with Gordon, whom Houston raised like a son but never officially adopted.

Bobbi Kristina's relationship with her father, meanwhile, has been strained lately, a family member claims.

"I can tell you that Bobbi Kristina and Bobby haven't been talking lately," the source tells WHO. "Ever since Whitney died, they've been on again, off again. Sometimes they talk, but then they'll go for months and months without saying a word to each other."

The source adds that father and daughter are "very alike, which I think is the issue. They will be talking and loving to each other, and then a little thing will turn into something big and they won't talk for a long time. Bobby and Bobbi Kristina know how to push each other's buttons; their relationship is rocky. I think deep down, they love each other very much."

Still, the source says, Bobby remains a concerned, protective parent. "Of course he's worried about her. That's what being a father is all about," the insider says. "But she's a grown woman, and he knows that he can't baby her anymore."

The source also claims that in recent months, Bobbi Kristina had denied any sort of drug use. "She said, 'I know how my mother died, and I've learned from her mistakes,' " the source recalls. "She seemed very adamant."
