Who will win The Block 2023? The most popular house is revealed ahead of auction day

We’re just five days away from the auctions on the 2023 season of The Block and now Yahoo Lifestyle can reveal which house looks likely to win the most money.

Despite House 1’s Kyle and Leslie snagging the cover of Domain Magazine last night on the show after it was announced that their house has ‘nearly 50 per cent more listing views than their closest rival’, it seems there’s another team leaps and bounds ahead of them in our readers’ estimations.

A poll created by Yahoo Lifestyle in August, which now has over 17,600 votes, has shown a clear winner for who fans of the show think will walk away with the most money on Sunday night.

64 per cent of Yahoo Lifestyle’s readers believe House 4’s Steph and Gian will breeze through with a win, after wowing the judges week-by-week on the Channel 9 renovation show

Coming in second place is House 5’s Eliza and Liberty with 21 per cent of the votes, with the sisters, pouring their hearts and souls into the 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom house.

House 1’s Kyle and Leslie received 7 per cent of our readers’ votes, placing them in third place despite their win last night on the show.

Coming in joint last place with 4 per cent of the votes each is Kristy and Brett from House 3 and Leah and Ash from House 2.

Last night, Leslie and Kyle were left in shock when Alice, the editor of Domain Magazine, told them that their listing on the Domain site had received nearly 50% more than their closest rival.

They turned to each other in disbelief after weeks of mediocre room reveal feedback from the judges.

Their house, which was often described by judge Marty Fox as ‘Instagram-worthy’, is described on the website as a light-filled luxurious abode.

Indeed, it’s certainly one of the most eye-catching houses on the website, with earthy tones, striking curved features, and an impressive backyard setting it apart from the competition.

There’s no denying though how special Steph and Gian’s five-bedroom house is, beautifully designed, with a stunning front and backyard and not forgetting that dream walk-in robe in the master bedroom.

The Block auction will air on Sunday, 5 November at 7pm on Channel Nine.
