Here’s a game show where contestants try to tell porkie pies to win prizes and bragging rights. Seems like we’ve got a localised version of this in Parliament House right now, just quietly.
The Mystery of Marilyn Monroe: The Unheard Tapes (27th)
Kinda hard to believe there’s anything about Mazza Monroe we haven’t heard before, but apparently there’s more to know. So, if you’re into that sort of gear, get into this like a candle in the wind.
Samurai Rabbit: The Usagi Chronicles (28th)
Based on the long running comic Usagi Yojimbo, this looks like a treat for the young or young at heart who like their adorable animal friends wielding deadly weapons of destruction.
Ozark – Season 4, Part 2 (29th)
The second part of the final season is finally here and, honestly, we’re not sure if we’re ready to see how the Byrde family saga turns out. Let’s just say… a happy ending seems unlikely.
Grace and Frankie – Season 7, The Final Episodes (29th)
The acclaimed series about two rad older ladies, starring two rad older ladies, Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda, is coming to an end. Send your mum some chocolates because she’s going to be sad about this.

Billy the Kid (25th)
Seems like westerns are getting a revival on the telly, and what better story to revisit than that of Billy the Kid? This looks stylish and packed with action, for those who like their chaps dusty.
The Handmaid’s Tale S4 (29th)
If you want to get caught up with this grim dystopian series before the fifth season launches, Stan is now the place to do it. Although, crikey, this is not an easy watch.

If you’re in the mood for a classic fillum from yesteryear, you could do a lot worse than this 1961 classic starring the legendary Audrey Hepburn.
BINGE
Barry S3 (25th)
It’s been a long time coming and now it’s finally here! Bill Hader returns in the excellent dark comedy about a hitman who’d rather be an actor and the crazy, bloody situations he gets into. Brilliant stuff, for real.

PICK OF THE WEEK
We Own This City (26th)
When the creator of The Wire, David Simon, comes back with a new crime show, you should pay attention. This superb six part drama based on a true case of cop corruption is stunning and absolutely compelling. Great cast too. You don’t want to miss this one.
Gentleman Jack S2 (26th)
It’s the second season of the fascinating true historical tale of a woman who moves to England, becomes a landowner and keeps records of her lesbian relationships in a coded diary. Quirky and well observed stuff.

Promising looking remake of the 1976 film that starred David Bowie. In this version it’s Chiwetel Ejiofor who plays the extraterrestrial with Bill Nighy in a supporting role.

Slick looking dramatisation of the story of how the classic film The Godfather was made. Plenty of eye opening revelations and historical gossip. Miles Teller and Juno Temple star.
