Wendy’s New Meal Comes with a Spooky Addition Fans Want to Buy ‘By the Bucket’
Spooky, adorable, and collectible—what's not to love?
I’m going to make a bold claim: We need more Halloween-themed food items. I love my pumpkin-spiced everything (okay, maybe not everything), but I also love a good theme! Spooky nuggets, Reese’s pumpkins, and even the innovative flavors from Kit Kat. While some brands might be clinging to the last remnants of summer, I’m ready for the leaves to change and for a breeze to carry me straight into Halloween season.
So, you can imagine my excitement when I saw that Wendy’s is now offering a brand-new meal that’s literally made for the spooky season.
Wendy's Introduces Frosty Frights Kids' Meal Collection
Wendy’s has long been known for giving out $1 Boo! Books during the spooky season, but this year, it's stepping up its game with a new set of collectibles available with its Frosty Frights Kids’ Meal. The meal is a standard kids' meal, with a choice of four-piece chicken nuggets, hamburger, or cheeseburger, along with Jr. Hot & Crispy Fries or Apple Bites and a kid's drink. However, with the Frosty Frights meal, fans can collect toys inspired by the iconic Frosty treat. Characters like Franken Frosty, Frosty Bite, Coolie Ghoulie, Brrr Beast, Cold Spell, and Junior are up for grabs. Each character has a variation of their original design, making for about 11 in total to collect.
Fans were ecstatic about the new meal option when the news hit social media.
“Looks like I'll be heading to Wendy's soon!” one user wrote.
“Dang Wendy's isn't playing around,” another commented.
Some even mentioned they would buy a bucket of these cute little figurines, similar to McDonald’s Boo Buckets.
This limited-edition meal is now available until Nov. 3. And even though it’s meant for kids, I know I’ll be running to snag a few of these collectibles for myself.
