What to Watch this week: Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga star in “Joker: Folie à Deux”

Five years after the first movie, which earned Joaquin Phoenix an Oscar, he returns in Todd Phillips' Joker sequel, Joker: Folie à Deux, alongside Lady Gaga as Lee Quinzel, a.k.a. Harley Quinn. Saoirse Ronan stars in The Outrun, Sarah Paulson stars in Hold Your Breath, and Ariana DeBose stars in House of Spoils.

On TV, new seasons of Heartstopper, Grey's Anatomy, Law & Order and Law & Order: SVU, Love Is Blind, the Real Housewives of New York and Potomac, and more kick off, and SEAL Team and Power Book II: Ghost both wrap up their series runs.
