“I thought I was going to be the most vicious Traitor in this house. Well, guess what? I am so wrong.” — Danielle Reyes
The tide turned on last week’s Traitors Banishment when Boston Rob Mariano came after one of his own in fellow Survivor alum Tony Vlachos. But that was nothing compared to what happened on this week’s episode.
After Bob the Drag Queen remarked that folks thought one of the players that entered the game late would be a Traitor, Boston Rob turned on his fellow turret-dweller. “Bob calling us out as he did, he didn’t necessarily set me up for death tonight, but he made it imminent in the future,” Rob told us. “It puts so much sus on me that I did not need.”

And the Survivor legend then shifted into attack mode, turning the house against the RuPaul’s Drag Race star in the shadows, and later stabbing him in the front in a dramatic Roundtable scene. “Since I got here, there has been one person who has been quarterbacking the entire show, who has the love and admiration of many, many people,” Rob told the folks assembled around the table. “And I believe that person is the person that’s a Traitor. Ask yourselves who, every time there is a decision, there’s a deflection: Bob the Drag Queen.”
Bob strongly defended himself, noting that “I’m just going to say nine words. I swear to God that I am a Faithful.” To which Boston Rob replied: "Okay, let me say two words: You’re not.”
Bob ended up getting 11 votes, and while he fought to the very last second, he ultimately took the banishment in stride. “Boston Rob is scared of me. Period. Point blank,” he said in his final confessional interview. “He took me out. I was his biggest competition. He saw the big dog was wounded and he went in for the kill. And you know what? That’s fair. That was just gameplay, baby.”

In fact, Bob’s fellow Traitors seemed more crushed by the development than their banished cohort was. “F---ing Boston Rob,” said Danielle Reyes, who fought through tears. “I thought we were going to protect each other.” In case there was any confusion, she later clarified, “I can’t stand him. I’m going to have to give him a taste of his own medicine.”
Meanwhile, Carolyn Wiger was well aware of the shifting dynamics in the game. “We just gave the power to Rob. We’re supposed to be a team. No. We’re not. Tonight, totally different story. We’re not a team.”

The episode ended with the three remaining Traitors gathering in the turret, where strong words are sure to be shared on next week's installment.
Earlier in the episode, we learned the identities of the three people shortlisted for murder. Jeremy Collins, Nikki Garcia, and Ciara Miller were placed into closed coffins, waiting to learn their fates. Each of them were able to make a plea before the Traitors picked their victim, with Jeremy taking a unique tact to self-preservation. “You all know I’m trying to find you all,” he told the Traitors. “But if you keep me, I’ll work with you.”

The pitch did not land, as Jeremy was murdered. “I’m trying to figure out where I messed up,” Jeremy said tearfully while contemplating his fake death on a reality TV program. But he would not be the last one to leave before episode’s end, with Boston Rob claiming yet another victim.
The Traitors airs new episodes Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Peacock.
