A UK fitness trainer has gone viral on TikTok for his videos recommending various exercises he claims can help you have better sex.
Many of the moves focus on hip mobility - as the larger the range of motion in your hips the better the sex because you can more easily get into and hold any position.
Patrick's video for 'better sex' includes moves such as Rock Backs, Quadruped Hip Opener and JJ Hip opener and a seated leg raise.
While others show off sumo squats, standing hip opener and laying hip openers.
People have left thousands of comments on the videos thanking him for his “hot tips”.
"Me saving this... and also being very single," one person commented.
"I swear I saved this for the sole purpose of working on my hip mobility *cough*," another quipped.
"Bet his partner is happy," was another response.
While a fourth suggested the moves would also be great exercises if you do pole dancing.
