These gorgeous ice cream cones are taking over Instagram

These are the hottest ice cream cones floating around New York City.

Spiked with delicious flavours and unique colours, these cones are the first of its kind.

Kristine Tonkonow is the brainchild behind NY’s The Konery - a hand-rolled, creatively-flavoured ice cream cone company.

With so many artisan ice cream business competing in the big city, Tonkonow thought to create something sweet tooths have never seen or tasted before.

The Konery allows you to create your own personal ice cream by pairing your favourite ice cream flavour with a flavoured cone of your choice.

Flavours include cinnamon brown sugar, birthday cake, red velvet, salted blue corn and chocolate hazelnut to name a few.

The pretty cones are made in a one-of-a-kind machine that pumps out 500 cones per hour and presses The Konery’s characteristic pattern onto each.

They have also branched out into making bowls, tacos and fortune cookies too.

The keen baker launched her clever cone concept in 2014 and has since been selling them wholesale, retail and offering her cones for catering.

Many ice cream stores around NY have opted in on The Konery’s electric ice cream cones and sell them with their own ice cream flavours to customers.

Instagrammers have been going nuts for the photogenic treat and have been celebrating the drippy sweet by hastagging #TheKonery.

Each is rolled by hand and formed into a delicate and delicious cone, ready to be topped with creamy ice cream.
