There’s a lot to love about shopping. You get to treat yourself with beautiful things you want and need. To be perfectly honest, we really didn’t need extra incentive to continue doing it.
However, that’s exactly what our friends at ShopBack have gone and done.
To help celebrate our favourite shopping megastore, The Iconic, turning ten years old, they’ve upsized their cashback rate to 25%. Normally at 3.50% cashback, this one day only special is over seven times that!
Oh, and have we mentioned that this is in conjuncture with the incredible sale The Iconic is already having for their birthday?
Gracious hosts, aren’t they? They’re offering 30% off a massive selection of fashion, beauty, kids, sports and other products.
What is ShopBack?
ShopBack is a website and app that offers you Cashback on any purchase from their partnership stores.
It’s so incredibly simple: you sign up, click the shop’s link you want to buy something from through the ShopBack website, and your Cashback will be automatically applied to your ShopBack wallet after you checkout!
It couldn’t be easier.
There’s usually a short waiting period between your initial shopping purchase and your Cashback confirmation that just allows you time to make any returns and for the store to confirm your purchase.
ShopBack also allows you to make a product comparison via their website so that you can scope out the best deal always.
They even offer a Chrome and Firefox plug-in that will pop up automatically every time you visit an eligible site to see if you want to take advantage of their Cashback offers.
The too long, didn’t read version: ShopBack pays you to shop. No, literally.
If you need any more convincing, ShopBack and The Iconic will also be running a competition for 10 x $1,000 vouchers for anyone who purchases anything from The Iconic via the Shopback app or plug-in until 25 October 2021. Again, they’re paying you to shop!
Happy birthday, The Iconic. Thank you for introducing us to our new favourite handbag and aroma diffuser. Have a great one.
Check out a few of our picks from the current 30% birthday sale:
What could be dreamier for your lockdown summer picnic than this floor-length linen dress? The subtle floral print, statement sleeves, and open back have us drooling.
Restaurants are re-opening, and you may be finding yourself in need of a decent dress shirt. This Tommy Hilfiger one is a classic cotton oxford, guaranteed to never go out of style.
It’s Libra season, baby! Show your appreciation for your favourite online store by getting their horoscope on your newest 18ct gold filled jewellery addition. Oh, by the way, they offer all 12 horoscopes as necklaces if you’d rather get your own.
Holy. This stunning strapless black dress is a showstopper. It's the priciest of our picks, but is reasonable with the current insane sale and is a dress you can re-wear to multiple events. It takes a 'little black dress', adds an insane thigh-high split and makes sure every eye will be on you when you enter a room.
We love a pair of sunglasses. No, really. This Ray-Ban pair is the quintessential classic silhouette that will never go out of style. Bonus, they're unisex.
A leather jacket is an essential part of any closet. As of late, many Australian's are leaning towards the faux-leather trend for both ethical and economic reasons. This Atmos&Here has a biker feel, with silver button snaps and exposed zip.
Bike shorts are huge this spring/summer, either with an oversized shirt thrown on top for errands or with a singlet or crop top for the gym. This Adidas pair have their classic 3-stripes down the side and are made of 93% stretch cotton.
By the way, as if you weren’t getting an incredible enough deal already, did you know you can resell your The Iconic purchases later?
