What do you do with a wedding dress when it all comes crashing down?

If you’re Ning Surasiang, you post it to Instagram and raffle it off, or at least that’s what she did this week.

In a photo posted to Instagram, the former reality star poses in the dress she wore to her ultimately doomed wedding to Mark Scrivens.

“Getting rid of this blast from the past,” she said, “What does 1 do with their wedding dress?”

Co-contestant Cyrell shared that she too struggled with the fallout after her TV marriage, and in particular with the memories attached to her dress.

“I can’t even look at mine,” she commented on Ning’s post. “Breaks my heart too much ...”

Fans were quick to weigh in with suggestions.

“Wear it to a divorce party!!!!!!” one woman suggested.

“Just go marry Mark again,” was a hopeful request.

“Do a trash the dress photo shoot,” was a common suggestion.

The most heartwarming suggestions were, however, slightly more serious.

Many women suggested Ning donate the dress to Angel Gowns, an Australian charity which turns old wedding dresses into gowns for the burial of stillborn or very young children who have passed away.

However the charity is currently at capacity for dress donations according to their website.

With that in mind, we are so here for a trash the dress photo shoot from Ning.

Ning was paired with Mark on the series and though the pair tried to make their union work, they ultimately called it quits at the show’s finale.

It was described as the most brutal vow renewal ceremony of the season, and after the reunion, fans were hopeful that the pair could reconcile.

But alas, it wasn’t meant to be, and Ning and Mark have now unfollowed each other on Instagram.
