"I wanted to talk about it because it's still so common. We were so early but you grieve a child you never had."

Jess and Norm are parents to Fred, six, and daughter Matilda, four.

Sharing a video of the moment to Instagram, Jess wrote, "1 in 4 people suffer a miscarriage. Mine is pretty raw, and I wasn’t going to talk about it. But was sick of having to put on a jovial mask when you’re crying on the inside."

She continued, "To those who have been through it, I’m so sorry and I’m here for you. For those that will, I’m so sorry and I’m here for you x You don’t have to do it alone and it’s not your fault."
