The Block: Surprising detail in online listing as price guides are revealed
An upcoming storyline may have been spoiled by the recent Domain listing.
While viewers will have to wait a few more months to see how the auctions unfold on this year’s season of The Block, property site Domain recently listed all five Charming Street houses online.
The listings include floor plans, price guides and images of the completed rooms, as well as one surprising detail that may have spoiled an upcoming storyline.
Fans would recall that drama emerged last week when Leah accused Steph of trying to steal her “favourite real estate agent”, Lana Samuels from WHITEFOX Real Estate.
“I called Lana from WHITEFOX, who I hustled hustled hustled to find,” Leah said in her confessional. “I have followed Lana for years and years, even before she was on The Block.”

Leah and her husband Ash organised a meeting with Lana, who appeared to be a big fan of their design and ambition, but were outraged when they spotted fellow competitors Steph and Gian speaking with her.
The couple assumed it was a formal meeting and called Steph “a snake” for going behind her back, unaware that she and Gian had already locked in Ray White as their agent.
Now that the Domain listing for Leah and Ash’s house has been made public, fans can see that the couple didn’t actually end up using WHITEFOX Real Estate to sell their house and have instead enlisted Buxton Real Estate Brighton.
It’s possible that this will be an upcoming storyline in the reality show, with Leah and Ash potentially scrambling to find a new agent after things fell through with Lana.
Yahoo Lifestyle has contacted Lana Samuels for comment.
What are the price guides?
According to the price guides, it’s expected that all five properties on this year’s season of The Block will exceed the $1.57 million median for a four-bedroom home in Melbourne’s Hampton East.
Kyle and Leslie’s house, which features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, has an indicative selling price between $2.5 million and $2.75 million.
This is the same price guide for both Leah and Ash’s house and Kristy and Brett’s house, both of which have five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
