Have you ever decided to buy an air fryer, but immediately ceased your mission because the number of options was too overwhelming? Or maybe you've been in the market for some spiffy new luggage and don't know where to start when it comes to comparing models. That's what Yahoo shopping editors are here for; we test hundreds of products a year with the goal of helping you, our readers, make informed decisions about how best to spend your hard-earned money.

For every quality product that exists, there are dozens of others that don't make the cut, and purchasing something that turns out to be a dud wastes cash and time. Our team of shopping experts — who specialize in categories ranging from home and kitchen to fashion, beauty and tech — put the items we recommend through rigorous testing so we can share our firsthand experiences and ensure you're getting the best bang for your buck.

So, what's the absolute crème de la crème? Those would be the ones on this list, which includes everything from an affordable nonstick pan to an anti-aging snail serum (you read that right) that has taken the internet by storm. Keep scrolling to shop the 10 very best products we've ever tried.

This versatile skillet ain't no flash in the pan — it's been a staple in senior editor Lisa Schweitzer's kitchen for years, and she even named it "best nonstick pan overall" after testing several from top brands. Among its many perks are its lightweight, 2-pound design and the removable silicone grip, which will protect your hands while you cook. It's dishwasher-safe, but Schweitzer says, "Cleanup is a breeze and only requires a few swipes with a soapy sponge, even around the rivets that secure the handle."

She adds, "Cooking with this pan is a dream! With only a slick of oil, eggs slide right off the surface and over the flared edge onto the plate. It's lightweight and for me (at just 5 feet tall) that's a huge plus when it comes to maneuverability. I had no problems searing skin-on salmon filets or releasing chicken breasts from the surface. It performed as well or better than all the other pans I tested, crisping salmon skin to brown ASMR perfection and cooking golden pancakes without hot spots."

There's a reason for the hype surrounding the latest iteration of these top-rated earbuds — many reasons, in fact. For starters, they offer rich, crisp sound and superior noise cancellation, allowing you to enjoy music, podcasts, audiobooks and more without outside commotion getting in the way. This model lets you control the volume simply by swiping the stem, and you'll receive four pairs of silicone tips in different sizes for customized comfort.

Our tech editor, Rick Broida, named these "best wireless earbuds overall," saying, "What you get here is even better ANC, a bump in battery life, extra-small ear tips for users with smaller ears and an adaptive-audio mode that adjusts noise-cancellation and transparency modes based on the sounds around you. Meanwhile, Apple's charging case now has a speaker (for use with Find My) and a USB-C port in place of Lightning (the better to match with the USB-C iPhone 15)."

This powerful 7-pounder tackles pet hair, crumbs and that dreaded beach sand like it's nothing, according to Yahoo home writer and resident vacuum tester, Kristin Granero. She awarded it the title of "best cordless stick vacuum," saying it "hit the sweet spot in our testing for a sleek vacuum that offers solid performance, along with some snazzy features, at a competitive price."

She went on to praise its narrow brush head that "swivels like a dream" and described it as "lightweight" and "incredibly quiet — enough that it probably wouldn't wake a sleeping baby."

You'll be able to see dirt hiding in dark spaces, thanks to its headlights, and it even has a dust sensor that'll automatically adjust the power depending on how much extra cleaning oomph is required. As for suction? Granero called it "superb," saying it was a champ at "mowing down faux fur, sand, kitty litter, rice and cereal with ease."

In case the idea of applying a snail secretion to your skin has never crossed your mind, take it from thousands of Amazon shoppers — it's effective! This bestselling serum has amassed a massive following, thanks to its lightweight, refreshing feel and hydrating, rejuvenating effects. Snail mucin not only helps boost collagen and elastin for a firmer look and feel, but it can also gently exfoliate for a smoother texture while soothing the skin. Reviewers reported noticing everything from a brighter complexion to a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and dark spots.

Our beauty editor Jennifer Romolini is a fan too, calling it "an easy, lightweight, affordable skin care product that, when used consistently, softens wrinkles, smooths skin texture and even lightens age spots." She adds, "I know snail secretions may seem weird, but truly this works: I've been raving about this for years."

Ready for some Apple picking? Yes, we realize it's not fall, but you'll want to pluck this bad boy from the ol' Amazon tree and add it to your cart because it's currently down to its all-time lowest price — and this is the most recent version! As the unofficial Goldilocks of tech (less bulky than a laptop but larger than a smartphone), this tablet keeps you connected on the go or at home, and you can use it for everything from reading books to taking notes to watching videos.

Broida named this the "best overall tablet," owing to its "under-the-hood improvements, including a faster processor, more RAM (4GB instead of 3GB), Bluetooth 5.0 (up from 4.2) and a USB-C charging port."

We don't "wing" it here at Yahoo: We put 15 models to the test and awarded this one "best air fryer overall." According to Granero, who conducted the tests, this Cuisinart "boasts substantial cooking room, minimal required maintenance and an easy-to-master learning curve, all while looking non-clunky."

Its LED display has five cooking functions: air fry, roast, bake, broil and warm, as well as five preset options for popular foods like fries, wings, frozen snacks and vegetables. Other cool components include its interior light and see-through doors, which allow you to keep an eye on your food while it cooks, and a "toss reminder" that'll alert you when it's time to flip your food in the basket.

Keep those pearly whites, well, pearly and white with this No. 1 bestseller. Fashion and beauty writer Rebecca Carhart felt this model was worthy of the title "best overall toothbrush" in a test of over 10 models, saying, "I have been using it for a few months now and love it because its charge time lasts up to a month, so I don’t have to keep the charging pad out on my bathroom vanity all the time. The toothbrush is equipped with a powerful motor that provides 40,000 vibrations per minute, which leaves my mouth feeling extra clean every time I use it."

"I also love that it has a two-minute timer to ensure that I meet the recommended brush time, and also pauses every 30 seconds so I know when it’s time to move to a different section to give all my teeth the same amount of attention. There are four cleaning modes to choose from: clean, soft, whitening and massage, and it comes with a whopping eight brush heads, so it will be quite a while before I need to buy replacements."

These No. 1 bestselling pillows are fan favorites of Amazon shoppers, and Yahoo editors love 'em too. After having heard nothing but raves about them for years, I finally bought a pair to see what all the hype was about. Fair warning: They come vacuum-sealed, so when you first see them, you'll think, There's no way these will be comfortable. But give 'em a few hours, and they fluff up beautifully. I was impressed by how soft yet supportive they feel, and was pleased to find that their breathable construction kept me from waking up with sweaty hair. Now I want to replace every pillow in my house with these.

Granero also swears by them. "I love how they’re stuffed with down-alternative fill (versus real goose feathers), encased by 250-thread count fabric for added softness and double-edge stitching for extra durability and more of that 'hotel quality.' They’re also sustainably made, created in an OEKO-TEX standard-certified factory, shift-proof (meaning they won’t lose their shape with time) and infused with a gel for a bonus cooling effect, ensuring you stay dry on warmer nights. Oh, and they're hypoallergenic and machine washable for easy maintenance and combatting germ buildup too."

Got any getaways planned? You'll want something incredibly sturdy, like this one that travel-obsessed commerce editor Moriba Cummings deemed "best overall hard-side suitcase" after putting brands like Samsonite, Away and Monos to the test.

He says, "If you're looking for an option that has it all, this is the one to buy. [It's] expandable and extremely lightweight. In addition to a sleek exterior, it has an interior that's as roomy as it gets for a checked suitcase. However, you won't be able to tell unless you expand it with the hidden zipper. The interior is fully lined and features two compartments with multiple pockets for easy access and organization. There is also a TSA-compliant lock and multidirectional spinner wheels."

He goes on to say: "I've owned this Delsey suitcase for over six years and have used it more times than I can count. I recently gave it to a family member, and after all these years, it still looks brand new with barely a scratch."

Last, but certainly not least, a party is only as good as its music, and if you're ready to swap your staticky speaker for one Broida describes as having "excellent sound," this model was dubbed "best outdoor speaker overall" in a test of nine. It boasts an insane 30 hours of battery life, 90-watt audio and fun color-changing LED lights. Oh, and it's waterproof, so feel free to keep it by the pool.

"It has everything you want from a portable Bluetooth speaker," he says. "If I'm being honest, [it] handily beats Sonos in outdoor environments. Credit that to the two tweeters and two midwoofers that combine to crank out a hefty 90 watts of audio goodness. Everything I played on the StormBox Blast just felt big. ... The Blast's battery has so much capacity, you can use it as a power source to charge your phone or another device. There's a USB-C port tucked away inside the rear panel, which means more battery life for all of your devices. ... The Blast's functionality is a breeze, but it's made even better by Tribit's companion app, which lets you choose lighting modes, check the battery level and apply equalizer settings to tune the music to your liking. There are auto-shutdown modes available as well to help preserve battery life."
