You'll never find the "perfect" person, but that doesn't mean you have to concede to every little thing that person says or does for the sake of a relationship. That said, I'm sure you have either been on the giving or receiving end of a breakup for a reason so petty —so trivial— that it stays with you like the torn pieces of that photo of you and (fill-in-the-blank).

For example, maybe it was some habit the person had. The way they laughed or chewed with their mouth open was enough to get under your skin and say, " You know what? I can't do this."

Perhaps it was something he did, like putting the toilet paper roll on the wrong way or hanging out with someone you hate, that made you question his character to the point the dumping process was the absolute worst.

Or maybe it's something so shallow, so specific, like that she eats her peas one at a time.
