Taylor Swift has a "big reputation" and now, she has a big "Eras Tour" book, too, with special behind-the-scenes details and her thoughts about some of the songs.

On Black Friday, Swift released a book celebrating her groundbreaking world tour, which became the world's highest-grossing concert tour ever. The tour, which kicked off in Glendale, Arizona in March 2023, was Swift's first tour in six years and inspired a theatrical concert film, which is now the highest-grossing concert film ever.

The Eras Tour, which ends Dec. 8 in Vancouver, featured shows that last nearly four hours and also made history as the first to ever earn $1 billion.

“At the end of the second song, the stage becomes an ocean and I ‘dive’ into it, which involves a lot of blind faith and a big airbag under the stage,” calling the airbag jump “the coolest illusion of the night” because it caused “shock, horror, and elation.”

“Mission accomplished,” she wrote.

The “Cruel Summer” singer said that she joins her band and dancers before every show, and someone delivers a speech to get them hyped ahead of their performance as seen in the "I Can Do It With A Broken Heart" video.

“Whoever went last picks the person to go that night,” she wrote, adding that “we put our hands in the middle and all chant the same thing together.” Then, it’s go time.

Swift also said many of the speeches — which range from motivational in tone to a simple share — have made her cry.
