Stylish dog crates are the ultimate sanctuary for your pup

If you're starting 2023 with a new puppy in the house, then a dog crate is a great way to keep them calm. Dog crates are spaces where pups can relax, feeling safe and secure. The Paws Room crates were designed by Eliza Kennedy when her Shar Pei, Paolo, was struggling with some guarding behaviours.

"We were introduced to the benefits of crating, even for adult dogs," she says. "Paolo loved his crate straight away and would go there by choice often throughout the day. We didn't love the cage aesthetic though, so the idea for The Paws Room was born."

Eliza designed the crates to "look like it belonged in my living room. The goal was an easily assembled, durable crate that provided a lasting sanctuary for them."

The Teddy crate is designed and made in Australia from premium birch plywood. It has chew-proof perspex that protects the interior and provides optimal visibility, lockable perspex doors that slide shut, and a timber bolt to secure your dog.

There's a melamine finish to make cleaning and maintenance an easy process, and the whole crate is precision cut and hand-sanded to leave a high-quality finish. It comes in small, medium and large sizes, so whatever size your pup is, he or she is sure to feel safe and happy inside this crate.
