Star sparks debate with racy bikini on Brit Awards red carpet

A singer has divided fans online with a daring outfit she wore on the red carpet of the 2023 Brit Awards. Tallia Storm stood out from the crowd as she braved the cold wearing a bright pink triangle bikini.

She teamed the bikini with a furry hot pink hat, cream fur coat and matching pink leg warmers and handbag. She kept her makeup simple but let her eyes pop with bright pink eyeshadow to tie her red carpet outfit together.

Sharing photos of her look on Instagram, the star said her bikini was made from plastic bottles from the ocean.

"My mother taught me life is about supporting other people, collaborating, celebrating creativity," she wrote.

"I am still at the start of my journey but I'm so grateful to keep hustling.

"This is a celebration of feminity, of being a woman."

A number of fans went wild for the snap and praised the star for her bold red carpet choice.

"Wow – once you become fearless, life becomes limitless," one wrote.

"Standing ovation," another said.

"Iconic," a third added.

Others however were not fans of the look, with one comparing her to a poodle.

"What [are you] wearing next year? Nothing? Absolutely shameful," one said.

"You definitely win first place in [the] fancy dress competition," another mocked the star.

"Wtf is this?" a shocked fan added.

"You look like a poodle that’s had its head and legs dyed pink," a comment read.

Tallia definitely stood out among other stars on the Brit Awards red carpet, with many donning elegant gowns. There were however some other daring looks with Charlie XCX wearing a floor-length, see-through dress with her white underwear on the display underneath while Sam Smith shocked fans with a latex jumpsuit that puffed out over the shoulders and legs.
