Sprite's 'Exciting' New Flavor Leak Has Fans Ready to Run to Walmart
Sprite is giving fans an all-new flavor variety that we can almost guarantee no one saw coming.
It has to do with the Coca-Cola-owned brand's year-old release, Sprite Chill, which first hit shelves in the spring of 2024 as what was supposed to be a limited edition flavor. But the innovative soft drink–which uses "a proprietary blend of cooling agents to deliver a uniquely elevated sensory experience"–was later made permanent as its popularity popped off.

Now it appears as though the variation is spinning out a whole new lineup, per information obtained by reputable food bloggers TeamSupernovaFB and SodaSeekers. According to the influencers, Sprite Chill Strawberry Kiwi will make its nationwide debut exclusively at Walmart in the coming weeks.
The soft drink, which is slated for a March 2025 release, is said to be available for the spring in 20-ounce bottles and 12-packs of 12-ounce cans. It does not appear to have a "Zero" or sugar-free companion, and at this time, it's unclear how long the flavor variant could be around.
Despite the mere crumbs of information and no official word, fans are ecstatic about the potential for a new Sprite line–and ready to find it in-store.
Parade reached out to the brand for comment but did not hear back in time for publishing.
"Ooooooo," one intrigued Instagram user wrote. "I'm all for strawberry kiwi trending again."
"I’m curious as to how good this new flavor will taste!" a second declared in part.
"I'm excited to try this !" another exclaimed.
"Sometimes things don’t need to be altered, changed, or improved. This is one of those things," someone else joked. "Am I still going to try it? Heck yeah!"
"Top 5 flavor," a different user suggested. "I can already tell."
"Last minute drops like this are the most exciting leaks tbh," another added.
"Sign me up!" one more simply joked.
Still there were calls for improvement, mainly the lack of availability for a sugar-free version.
"They keep releasing these flavors without the zero version," one pointed out. "My body cannot handle 54 grams of sugar."
"Yay," a second cheered, noting that "hopefully [a] zero one [will be released] too."
"Please have zero 🔥🔥," another wished.
The rumored release comes on the heels of two very successful holiday-inspired flavors–Sprite Vanilla Frost and returning favorite Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry–and a limited-time collaboration with Del Taco that fans also approved of.
